Mislim si ne bu valjda prvi put, pa drugi, pa treći i onda pomislim pa nisu kreteni staviti to na službene stranice kak se zakucal. Ipak, koliko ih se tak skucalo u stijenu ili drvo ko to zna. Nisu normalni.

Buzz Z5 dizajniran je kako bi savršeno zadovoljio potrebe pilota za entry level EN B kategoriju, Buzz Z5 je potpuno nanovo dizajniran uz očuvanje klasične vitkosti za tu klasu. Buzz Z5 sad ima revolucionarnu sharknose tehnologiju, više komora, novi luk i novi oblik vrhova krila (stabilizatori). Buzz Z5 osmišljen je kako bi mogao pružiti jednostavnost upravljanja i udobnost koju očekujete u ovoj klasi dok je istovremeno osiguravan lijep pomak u performansam. Podizanje krila je bolje, izvođenje zavoja je progresivnije i profil je stabilniji u "žešćem" zraku. Tu je nešto bolja najveća brzina i bolje finese pri svim brzinama. Sad se nudi i nova nijansa zelene u ponudi kolornih shema.

S, MS, ML i L su sada dostupni s 10% popusta do 18/12/2015. Ozoneovci najavljuju da će sve cijene ići gore od Jan 1 2016.

RAPIDO

As speed flying and speed riding wings have evolved, so has pilot skill, experience, and methodology. The Rapido is a new design for pilots who are pushing the limits of steep carving flights, low barrel rolls, and long swoops. With a slightly higher aspect ratio and a more dynamic and agile character than the Fazer series, the Rapido is designed specifically for experienced speed flying pilots. A wider glide range and a higher trim speed and wider acceleration window set this wing apart from the other speed wings in our range.

Ozone Buzz Z 5 SM

The Buzz Z5 is the new Ozone glider for the low B segment pilots.
It features a mild shark nose, 3.5 line configuration and a very moderate to low aspect ratio.

Launching the Buzz Z5 is quite simple for that category with no hang back, just stop the glider in strong wind to keep it from slightly overshooting. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I flew the Buzz Z5 from 88 all to 93 for the SM (75-95) size.

In both configuration the Buzz Z5 has a precise, direct, brake control . It seems that any high-end pilot will be more than satisfied test flying the Buzz Z5 as it delivers that performance touch in the brakes…especially for a low B !
I was happy test flying it, for it’s refined brake feeling and thinking that only the Rush 4 or the Delta 2 were a pleasure to fly won’t be fair for the Buzz Z5…
I was impressed by the way that every small pull on the brakes can make it turn on my commands, despite it's forgiving long brake travel !
So pulling 30 cm can steer the glider on almost all thermals…pulling more like 50-60 cm doesn’t really make the Buzz Z5 spin or else..It just respond with a clam nature without being dynamic !
Beyond 45 cm the pressure on the brakes becomes moderate to slightly heavy.
What surprised me the most on the Buzz Z5 was it’s ability to search or to sniff a thermal !
It doesn’t have the tendency to stop or hang back, rather than to slide through the air mass and entering the thermals calmly and smoothly!
For sure this characteristic is not very common on low B gliders, and the Buzz Z5 was keeping me satisfied enough “for a low B” during this test.

Flying next to the Rush 4 and some high end B gliders, i can confirm an excellent ability to climb in weak or strong thermals !
Doing some glides at trim with the Rush 4 to have an idea, was also very rewarding and really competitive. I was really surprised … Pushing on the first bar, the glide was still very good ! It showed me that the performance at around 44 km/h is very usable and really good !

Trim speed is around 39 km/h and the full speed is around 49 km/h.

Big ears are very easy to induce, and very stable even with bar.They are efficient and the reopening is very smooth.

Conclusion: It seems that the manufacturers are trying hard to create low B gliders with enough performance to keep the low air time pilots surf the air endlessly with the option of going XC when they are ready.
The Buzz Z5 moves slightly more in the air than the Buzz Z4, but with a full enhancement package of performance feel, and gliding performance.
The Buzz Z5 has it all. A comfortable, agile, high passive safety, low aspect ratio B glider with an interesting option for going XC.

LM6 je sada dostupan za narudžbe u MS i ML veličinama s demo popustom do 14. travnja.
LM6 je nastao kao odgovor na zahtjeve zadovoljnih vlasnika M6 koji su htjeli laku verziju. Kao i vrlo uspješan model M6, LM6 daje bolje performanse i stabilnosti u odnosu na LM5, ali LM5 je i dalje pobjednik u težini, tako da se LM6 samo prodaje sa standardnim gurtnama. Novi LM6 MS veličine je u 4.0 kg. LM5 je još uvijek dostupna za one koji stvarno žele uštedjeti na težini opreme.

Ostale vijesti ... Čeka se testiranje za Swift Max - lagani tandem za XC avanture - koji će se zbiti u sljedećih nekoliko tjedana. A ekipa i dalje opako radi na završetku DELTA 3 - i završetak ovog modela je pri kraju, ali postoje određena područja za poboljšanje. Zeno, baby Enzo, ima nevjerojatno dobre performanse, ali Delta 3 je veći prioritet u ovom trenutku i Zeno će izaći nakon Delta 3 modela.

We thought we should share with you some exciting news. The all new Zeno, in ML size, has just passed its flight tests and we will be launching as soon as we complete the load tests. Being a new class of wing for us we think this is one of the most exciting wings we have developed for some time. Designed as a 2 liner to fill the gap between the M6 and Enzo 2 it has gained from the pedigree of both classic wings with the result that it sits well in both worlds. With an aspect of 7.0 its performance is amazingly similar to the Enzo 2, but its comfort and behaviour are more like an M6. Pilots who are comfortable on an M6 and are looking to learn the technicalities of a 2 liner should really enjoy this wing. Assuming no hold up on the load test we would expect to be taking the first orders in the next few weeks.

The all new Zeno, in ML size, is now available to order. Designed as a 2 liner to fit between the M6 and Enzo 2 it gains from the pedigree of both classic wings with the result that it sits well in both worlds. With an aspect of 7.0 its performance is amazingly similar to the Enzo 2, but comfort and behaviour are closer to an M6. Pilots comfortable on an M6 who are looking to learn the technicalities of a 2 liner should really enjoy this wing.
Like the Enzo 2 there is no demo deal, but there is a WPRS ranking scheme for pilots in the top 50. To get this deal you must speak with Russ before you place any order you think might benefit from this scheme.
Due to delayed deliveries of 27g cloth (the reason for some schemes on other wings currently unavailable) we are launching the Zeno with just 2 colour options. Additional options hopefully available in September. Please note that the bottom surface of the wing is the same colour as the colour of Zone 2. So the Red/Orange scheme has an orange bottom surface. The Slate Blue/White has a white bottom. No specials available until we have more cloth.

ENZO 3 DEVELOPMENT

News for our competition pilots: The Enzo 3 will not be released for the Superfinal. Development has gone very well, with significant advances in performance. However, the OZONE R&D Team feel that it needs a little more work for them to be 100% happy.

We are aiming for a spring release, in time for the World Championships (o.A.B.: 1.-15.7.2017., Italija). Any pilots requiring a new wing for Superfinal should contact their dealer immediately.

In the meantime, Russ, Luc, Honorin and other top pilots are opting to fly the Zeno, because they think it will be more competitive until the Enzo 3 is released.

We look forward to the 2016 season finale, and wish everyone the best of flights.

ULTRALITE 4je dostupan u svim veličinama. 150g lakši od Ultralite 3 uz poboljšane performanse, veća brzina. Demo popust do 01/03/2017.


DELTA 3 završni prototip u ML veličini ide na certificiranje slijedeći tjedan u očekivanju lijepog vremena. Load test je obavljen. Očekuje se EN C razred. Naporan posao je iza razvojnog tima da bi se napravila poboljšanja prema Delta 2. Narudžbe će biti moguće za 2 tjedna. Demo popust će također biti i za Delta 3.

OZIUM 2 - završne pripreme za izbacivanje na tržište. Brojan poboljšanja su učinjena u odnosu na Ozium 1 uz smanjenje težine.

ANGEL SQ - očekuje se uskoro završetak certificiranja 100 kg i 140 kg. 120 kg je dostupna.

The latest edition of the most successful competition wing in the history of paragliding brings a new level of glide performance to the world’s best pilots. The Enzo 3’s next generation profile has evolved over two years of R&D. It offers improved solidity, spanwise cohesion, comfort, glide performance, and a significantly higher top speed compared to the Enzo 2.

The Enzo 3 retains many features of its predecessor, including the cell count, planform, and patented OZONE SharkNose concept but with an updated ultra-low-drag line plan. Most of all, our philosophy of True Performance remains a core tenet of this wing. Its performance in active air impressed the OZONE R&D Team during development; throughout the process of testing in the Southern Alps, and auditing competitions, the Enzo 3 has proven to be a significant step forward from the Enzo 2.

A blend of standard and light cloths optimise performance and durability. A 30D leading edge section is backed by the extensive use of Porcher 27g cloth. This combination now has several years of proven performance both in terms of longevity and sail characteristics.

The Enzo 3 is certified CCC and available in 6 sizes suitable for flying weights from 80kgs to 130kgs. For those who have not noticed, the Ozium 2 is now available. Sorry for the long wait! In its lightest configuration, fully LTF/EN certified, it is about 2340g, so 240g, or just over 9%, lighter than Ozium 2. The Ozium 2 offers more comfort and upgraded reserve system. It also comes in 3 sizes, and 3 colours, like the Forza. It has a new light Lycra pod, again in 3 sizes, but you can choose to opt for the 570 or 720 pods you get with the Forza.
The default configuration on the order form, is with lightest Lycra pod, polycarbonate footplate, and Light mousse. This can be made slightly lighter by switching to lycra pod with cut-out carbon footplate. The designer would recommend adding the extra back plate to provide flying comfort (or switching mousse to the Full Mousse). A radio pocket is an optional extra. If you want a bigger flight deck, the Forza flight deck should be ordered separately.

The Red Bull X-Alps has started, and today some of the pilots were flying their Z-Alps wing. We wish them well on a fantastic adventure. The specialist wing, the Z-Alps, they are flying is now available at the top of the order form in the S and MS size. We will have an ML size at a later date. The Z-Alps is based on the very popular Zeno, saving nearly 650g over the Zeno in the MS size.
